Amalgamated at Quantico, VA
We were one of only 22 companies in the world to be invited by the Marine Corps to their annual Marksmanship Technology Demonstration (MTD). Held in September 2016, this three day event allowed the Marines, FBI, DEA, and Police officers to review and test Amalgamated arms. After a successful showing, Amalgamated Titanium was asked to sponsor the upcoming 3 Gun Competition in October, also to be held at the base in Quantico.

Titanium 12G Pump Shotguns
This classic highly reliable 12-Gauge Pump Shotgun in titanium is exceptionally durable and 33% lighter than it's traditional counterparts. Due to it's light weight, this shotgun greatly eases the burden-of-carry and frees-up weight capacity for soldiers and law enforcement.
Titanium 12G Replacement Barrels
These titanium 12 gauge replacement barrels are 45% lighter than their steel counterparts found in legacy shotguns. Barrels include low profile, integrated (3/9/12 position) titanium Tri-Keymod Accessory Mount and muzzle Stand-Off. Compatible with select Remington, Mossberg & Benelli models.
Titanium Personal Defense Weapon
This compact AR-15 based PDW (personal defense weapon) in solid mil. spec. titanium is exceptionally durable and 33% lighter, while the 7” replacement barrels for legacy AR-15, are 45% lighter. Titanium Tactical Rifle
This full size .223/5.56 AR-15 platform with four key parts in solid Mil-Spec billet titanium is exceptionally durable and 30% lighter, while the 14.7” or 16.1” barrels alone are 45% lighter than steel barrels. The four key titanium components are the barrel, lower, upper, and keymod forend which greatly ease the burden-of-carry, freeing up weight capacity for security personnel and enthusiasts alike.
Titanium Tactical Components
Reduce the weight of your current or future AR-15 with these lightweight, 100% titanium components. They are 45% lighter than their steel equivalents. The Lower Receiver, Upper Receiver and Forend are all made from 6AL4V Titanium. The Forend is one piece, free float, top rail with tri-keymod.
All products are made from mil. spec. Grade 5 titanium solid bar stock. Products are sold both standard mil. spec. and "on variance" custom orders. Any arms parts can be made for customers with our material, technology, and price advantage. Standard finish for all titanium products is matte black. For titanium gray finish, the cost will be 50% higher. Other finishes available on request. Due to high demand, we currently are not accepting custom orders of fewer than 5000 units.
